Waiver of Liability

Each participant must complete and submit a waiver of liability which will be emailed before hand, be available at events, and can be accessed here: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/dearelaan/

Cancellation and refunds

With regard to classes: If the Dear Elaan Jewelry Studio cancels a class or workshop a refund will be given, otherwise there are no refunds.

With regard to private lessons, the jewelry studio comes to you, and make your own wedding rings: In the event of a no-show by you, there will be no refund. If a cancellation is made over 24 hours of the event or lesson, there will be a refund of all money except the non-refundable booking fee of $50.

There will be no refunds given for any individuals who do not attend a planned studio to you event.

Expectations of conduct

We believe in art for all and wish to offer metalsmithing opportunities to ages 10 and up; but reserve the right to ask a student, of any age, to leave if the safety and ability to comfortably work in the studio, in homes, in offices, in event spaces is compromised by anyone’s behavior. No refund will be given to anyone who creates an unsafe working environment for themselves or others. Safety, empowerment, and freedom to explore and create in this space without judgement, harshness, rudeness, threat, or fear is of the utmost importance and any person conducting themselves otherwise, will be asked to leave.
